Consultations & Expectations
We provide thorough consultations prior to all colour services to ensure we understand your desired outcome. All colour work is carried out based on professional assessment, hair condition, and what is safely achievable.
Clients should be aware that achieving certain results (particularly lighter or cooler tones) may require multiple appointments.
Colour Services & Results
Hair colour results can vary depending on individual hair type, history, and condition. While we take every care to achieve the agreed result, outcomes cannot be guaranteed to match reference images exactly.
Some warmth may be present when lifting darker hair, which is a normal part of the colouring process.
Corrective Work
If you are unhappy with your colour, you must notify us within 7 days of your appointment. We will always offer a complimentary consultation and, where appropriate, corrective work.
We do not offer refunds where a service has been carried out correctly, but we will make every reasonable effort to adjust the result.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided for services that have been completed to a professional standard. Dissatisfaction based on personal preference does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Further Services
Some colour goals may require additional services, time, or appointments. Where this is the case, this will be discussed during consultation.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for clearly communicating their preferences during consultation. By proceeding with a service, you agree to the approach discussed with your stylist.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or stop a service if we believe it may compromise the condition of the hair.
Privacy & Salon Environment
We aim to provide a comfortable and professional environment. If you would prefer a private consultation, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate this.
